"I am finding it difficult to access something for my ankle"

About: Northern General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I was referred to Orthotics by Physio as I need some support for my feet. I was a little disappointed as I mentioned that my ankle was needing support. However they just measure me for insoles and I am finding it difficult to access something for my ankle. I am ordering things to see if they help but I don't really know what to get and it is costing me to do this.
