About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Paramedics took her to heartlands where great staff greeted us but in 'major ' the fans didn't work it was bad enough for us watching but staff must be frustrated with heat never mind having to deal with patients come on get the   fans replaced or fixed! ! ! ! ! ! ! U might go but then one as they soooo deserve a fan 😮
