IRP group sessions are really well thought out. Groups work well together & are controlled/presented properly. Interactful activities useful for addressing & representing different issues.

Our IRP was put together a while ago and is regularly reviewed. The power is in the room though with the contribution of those attending. It is a learning and sharing environment where many many people have benefitted over a long time. Really pleased its working for you.
