Went for hysterosiopy + eandonitrial biopsy.
Arrived at the hospital 7.30am. Spoke to the nurses, gynaecologist, anaethyetists etc.
But the actual op did not happen ill after 12pm. Meanwhile asked one of the nurses if I could see my husband to ask him to go home as the parking chares are extremely high. The nurse was reluctant even though I did not have mobile phone. Eventually my husband did see me and asked the nurse if she could call him when I was ready to be discharged. The op was over and had some doctor, which I later found out, telling me she was a doctor etc. Came back to the ward and waited 3 hours before I was told we they were waiting for my husband who was not rung yet.
The doctor had already spoken to me and they were not waiting for the doctor. Eventually my husband was rung . His journey took 1.30 minutes to reach the hospital. I have reached home at 6pm. NHS is not understaffed as there were plenty of nurses etc everywhere, nhs has to cut out on hierarchy.
