"Made to feel as though I was a waste of time!"

I had just sat down and got a piece of paper out of my bag with a few items that I wanted to to talk to the doctor about. This was soon snatched out of my hand and then I was told that I had six minutes left and to hurry up!

I never saw this doctor again and have seen my new doctor once, who was a bit more professional!

Never a pleasant experience visiting the practice - always made to feel as though I am a nuisance.
