Attended appointment and after waiting 45 minutes beyond appointment time, only to discover that tests should have been arranged prior to this Consultation.
Then I received a letter advising that a telephone consultation would be required prior to attending for the procedures, giving a date and time to be available to take this call.
No call received and numerous attempts by me leaving messages on their answer phone have received no response.
