Big thumbs up for ward 17. My Mum 84yrs old has just come out of hospital after a week long stay and was very ill with heart, lungs and and E coli infection in the blood. All consultants and nurses were very professional and gave her the highest care. The nurses work so hard and simply do not stop!
The 'unfortunate' part is that she had been taken to hospital three times before this, if only there had been early interventions I feel she would not have got to such a serious state. We have experienced this twice before, and it something must be reviewed so that lives aren't put at risk.
She is currently making a good recovery and further follow up appointments are in place. So once again, thank you ward 17.
