"Terrible experience just trying to register"

About: The Hodford Road Practice

Both myself and my partner had a terrible experience just trying to register at this practice. The receptioninst was really patronising and even hesitant just to give us a form, seemed so resistant to answer the simplest of questions, the whole thing was really demoralising. After 1 week we received a letter to say that we need to be interviewed before we can be registered but they couldn't give an 'interview' appointment for 2 weeks, and didn't empathise that i had a problem i needed to see a doctor about. It was a really time consuming, demoralising, frustrating process to register here.
