"A very positive experience"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I have been on the waiting list to been seen by ENT for something near to 6 months.  

I received an appointment to attend Victoria hospital in the evening which is good for my working arrangements and luckily I drive so attending the other side of Glasgow was ok for me but may be problematic for some other people.

All that said, on arrival I was early by 45 minutes. I was taken to be examined by Dr Locke within ten minutes and thereafter seen by Katy the audiologist. Both staff were very pleasant and professional. It was a very positive experience and I would like my thoughts to be passed to the department head.
