"Couldn't have got back to work without you"

(as a service user),

Im a very career driven successful woman who had 2 children very close together and totally underestimated the impact juggling everything would have on my mental health. 

At first I thought it was just work, stress, being a mum. Then I hit that wall and I wasn't in control of my mind / life anymore. Knocked me for 6. Took me ages to come to terms with the fact I have a mental health condition.

I discovered so much about what services are out there to support people.

Recovery college- what can I say. A credit to the NHS. Wow wow wow is all I can say. Amazing. Thank you for all your help coaching and direction. Couldn't have got back to work without you.
