I have a track  History of mental health   And I just wanted to say the person who called me back today was wonderful,  absolute pleasant to speak to and helpful   

Negative stuff about mental health support  - I’ve been recently under Wirral Cwp  and I have found them really bad when it comes to mental health   But I’ve got to say st Helen support sounds much better if you have a crisis.

Suicide and  self harm  prevention - as well I think it be really good to get the health junction involved,   people who have long-term health issues   wonderful little project. Really beneficial if you have long-term health issues 

I think there needs to be more around mental health around   St Helens like small little projects, people with mental health need to know the services.
