due to enlarged prostate and enlarged bladder and urine flow problems I tentatively attended on 22 june 2018 ...the procedure was unpleasant but well explained ...and I was offered practical help and guidance re self catheterisation ...I felt well treated in what was a mildly embarrassing scenario ..thankyou
