"Generally very good care"

Whilst quite a busy practice as it serves most of the students for the University of Bristol, this does not impact the quality of care. Having visited regularly for over a year, using the online service to make an appointment is very easy to use with a recently updated system and the doctors are generally very helpful, empathetic and understanding. While there have been one or two doctors that were not suited to my problems, it is very easy to ask to see a different doctor the next time.

Given the strain on the service due to the amount of people that use it, the long waiting times are not unexpected but the care given is always very good and I beleive it gets a worse reputation by students that are not understanding of the amount of people that this GP surgery covers.
