About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Visit to local a and e with mum, fast caring service and nothing too much trouble. Slight tarnish on the visit was whilst waiting for a taxi in the main entrance this afternoon reception staff taking selfies and sat on mobile phones. All for a good picture but as the first port of call and first impression for some I thought a little inappropriate and unprofessional.
