(as a service user),

I attended an 8 week Recovery College course called Taking Back Control   at King Charles Centre Tolworth and felt enormously supported by the experience. it was invaluable to share with other service users, and to build up a personalised plan over the weeks for spotting early warning signs and averting crisis.

My name is Farai and I am the Engagement & Experience Co-ordinator for the Trust.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story about your experience at the Recovery College in Tolworth. I am delighted to read that the support you received and the learning during the course will be useful to you in order to avert a crisis.
