Whilst under the care of Tayside Renal Service, my mother received regular home visits from Sarah and Gillian who built up a good rapport not only with my mother but also myself, my partner, and my mother's sister.
Both nurses made additional visits when requested to do so, liaising closely with Maryfield Medical Centre to ensure that my mother received prompt medication to relieve the effects of her illness (severe itching). Typically, my mother received the new prescribed medication on the same day of the call.
On behalf of myself, my partner, and my mother's sister, I would like to say thank you and well done to Sarah and Gillian for their hard work, kindness, and professionalism.
