About: Long term neurological conditions and allied services / Neurological enablement service (NES)

(as a carer),

We waited each week for this lovely friendly lady to arrive. She saw us through exercises and arranged for a "three wheel walker" and a wheelchair to be ordered & delivered. We can now go out with friends (when the wheelchair goes in the boot) and look round shops and visit cafés. Our lives are enriched due to her care and consideration. A big THANK YOU
