"After being at A&E for a slipped disc in my back"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I was also sent a text asking to complete a survey and upon sending, said I would be charged! Thinking about what I had to say I filled it in and sent it thinking I would only be charged a few pounds! £23. 45 has been taken out of my account by TF & KL bowring? Which I assume is the company that deal with the NHS surveys? If so I would like a refund!

I am sorry to learn of your experience following a visit to the Emergency Department at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

I already have on going complaints about other things, am struggling with physical and mental health problems as well as having learning disabilities so you can pass on this detailed information and please respond to me here in the public eye 👌👍
