About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I only had 1 assessment at Wallsden Gateway at the beginning of my journey and feel that the person I saw didn't quite understand my needs and why I was there. If they had I feel they may have referred me to a different course.

Having said that I am glad in a way because although the course is not what I was expecting I did find it useful for different reasons and enjoyed it. They are really nice and have a very calming soothing way about them. They explained and organised things very well and were able to point me in the direction of a course that I feel will be more suitable for my original needs. The USB stick we were given is very helpful as are the handouts. Thank you.

I felt very relaxed and didn't feel like I couldn't speak out.

It was a little too warm in the room
