"Rushed consultations"

About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I have attended serveral times over the last few years to see a specialist.

The first few times without issue but the last few consultations I have felt rushed and like concerns I have are not listened too or taken seriously. I have felt I am an inconvenience more than anything else. Although I have had numerous consultations over a relatively short period of time I would be surprised if my surgeon even remembers my name.

I realise they are pressured and have many patients to deal with, however each person is an important individual and should be treated as one. I am not a patient number but am treated as one.
