(as the patient),

I recently had surgery on baschurch day unit. I was very apprehensive on arrival as had a very poor experience here   just a few months ago. However this time my experience was positive mainly due to the nurse looking after me. She was fantastic. My nausea was acted upon quickly, she ensured my pain levels were satisfactory and was so supportive and caring. Although I was the last patient on the unit( only due to the fact I needed post op iv antibiotics) I was treated as important as the first, the complete opposite care to the first visit. Many thanks for fantastic care
