About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

I had an appointment at the ENT for late July, last week the hospital rang me with a cancelled appointment for mid June which I accepted and made arrangements to get to hospital, at the time I was informed that a letter confirming it would be sent, none having arrived I rang to confirm only to be told there was no appointment available and that was that. (Hard luck).

I am so sorry to read that you had an appointment to be seen in the ENT department by the end of July which has been cancelled.

I can understand how frustrating this must have been for you as you were waiting for another appointment and were told when you contacted the department that there was no appointment booked.
