"My son had two baby teeth extracted under a GA"

Myself and My son arrived at the day surgery unit for 11am on the day of his appointment, he was feeling anxious about what was ahead. We both were welcomed at the inital desk where you check in and my son was given some juice. Whilst we waited to be called on he played in the playroom and watched the film in the cinema area. All areas were clean and plenty to keep the children entertained. We were seen by various staff to check his observations, explain to him what was going to happen and check past medical history ect. All very pleasant and made my son feel comfortable. He was called to theatre shortly after 2pm and back safely 40 mins later. He was assured by the staff and given some ice cream, juice and toast. We left 1 hour later cant praise the team enough was fabulous care start to finish. We were on the day surgery ward B1.
