"Not good."

We are continuing to work with our telephone provider to improve services since the new system was installed in March 2016. We continue to experience poor sound quality, calls not getting through, calls being cut off and often we are unable to make outgoing calls so have to use our personal mobile phones. This is not acceptable and we are seeking legal advice on how to terminate the contract and move to a more reliable telephone system. You can help us by writing to the Practice Manager with any complaints regarding the telephone system and these complaints will be passed on to our solicitors and our telephone provider.
