(as a relative),

My wife has been attending this clinic for about 2 months and the staff could not be more helpful or caring. Always smiling and with a friendly word for both of us. We were made to feel like friends not patients. We would especially like to thank Tanya and Deborah for their professionalism looking after my wife.

You were wonderful.
