What I liked
I want to record my appreciation of the efforts made by a member of staff in the Booking Centre, who went out of her way to resolve the confusion regarding appointments that I had been left in by other administrators working for a consultancy team. She was always positive, and refused to give up on me until she had resolved the problem - even though this took several days and quite a few calls. She is a real asset to the hospital team
