I feel that this service is shockingly incompetent, lazy and rude staff, very poor and no communication.
I was asked to attend at 9am, there was no explanation when booked of how this works and the fact you are in a massive waiting at and behind everyone that comes in from a&e.
It took four hours to be seen and then it was just to have something else booked. I had work and meetings. If I am asked for 9am why am I left to wait for four hours!
I felt that the staff seemed more interested in talking about their children and there was only one Doctor that moved at a snails pace.
I think this service is a disaster, my tip is go to Leeds.
