Our Son William was born at the RVI Birthing centre on the 29th May 2018.
On arrival we were met by a very professional team of Midwives who treat myself and my partner with the utmost respect.
Being a first time mammy I was was very nervous as I didn't know what was about to happen, however the team reassured me and my partner every step of the way.
Our special Midwife was so helpful, caring and very professional during and after the delivery.
Her professionalism is a credit to the RVI midwifery team and hope she continues to deliver this very high standard throughout her career as a Midwife.
The team on Ward 33 were fantastic who again provided help and support to encourage the breast feeding programme.Well done to the student Midwives.
You also did a fantastic job.
I would like to say that our Son William is doing fantastic and is responding well to his feeds and family life.
We would personally like to thank all those who were involved before, during and after the birth and wish all the very best to you all.
Emma and John. x
