"Discharging me without seeing the mental health team"

I presented to the unscheduled care team 3 times in 3 days. 2 of them was with police and other was at a&e.

On the first occasion I was found near the water and got took to whytemans Brae for an assessment. The dr and a member off unscheduled care team told me to use my distraction techniques (which obvs I was doing) listen to music and relax!

Second time it was the same dr I seen they told me the same. 

The third time I had phoned nhs24 because I was struggling. Spoke to a woman from unscheduled care and she called a ambulance because I had took more tablets than I should. I was seen by an a+e dr and they were discharging me without seeing the mental health team. Saw them and they told me the same.. I said so you would have me walking out off here to go and kill myself? they said that’s your choice, we can’t stop you.

What if that was someone more vulnerable than me and they went and done something!

I am now feeling better but just disappointed at the way the staff were towards me
