"Generally good but under pressure"

Generally a good surgery but appears to be under pressure with demand

I have witnessed myself how patients can get aggressive with frontline staff and the receptionists have more patience than I would The waiting area could do with updating

The receptionists are friendly and try their best. I work with the public myself and know how hard it can be to please everyone I myself has never had an issue getting an appointment and I find the receptionists to be very helpful
