"Well done to an excellent team"

I would like to express my thanks to the team at Solihull Hospital Endoscopy unit for the excellent care and treatment they have provided to me during my pre op and colonoscopy procedure today.

I would like to thank Dr Giljaca and the nursing care team Emma, Linda, Chloe, Sharon, Melba and Andy for handling my care with consideration and dignity. I was nervous about the procedure, and am diabetic, so was concerned about controlling my blood sugar during the fasting period, however Emma explained everything to expect in full at the pre op appointment and the literature provided was very thorough and informative which helped to put my mind at rest.

When admitted for my procedure everyone was very friendly whilst reassuring that everything was under control, It was great to have Sharon hold my hand during the procedure, and all this reassured me that all was under control and I was in good hands.

Special thanks to Andy for your patience kind care during my recovery, and for keeping my husband informed of progress.

Well done to an excellent team, who clearly work very hard and very well together. Thank you all so much for the fantastic experience you delivered to me for the NHS. I am much appreciative and wish you all the best for the future.
