"I felt I was in good hands"

About: General practices in Tayside

(as a service user),

Brechin Health Centre.

I had some symptoms which I believed needed a doctor. However I was persuaded to see a practice nurse as the wait for GP was another week away. I will be honest and say I wasn't initially filled with confidence but on meeting Elaine and being thoroughly quizzed about my symptoms she promptly arranged a range of tests to be carried out, many more than the GP I had previously seen, I felt I was in good hands and I felt "cared for".
