(as a service user),

My mum had a fall recently she is 88yrs old. we waited 2hrs for the ambulance-.liam and jess came, they were lovely, couldn't  do enough for my mum and us. we arrived at A&E were greeted by keira the hip pathway nurse, she was great explained everything and emily who looked after mum too. And doctor ammir was great. mum broke her hip arm and ribs. all the staff were helpful and lovely. liam the ambulance man even popped in later to ask how mum was doing. then we were transferred at 5am to pembroke ward-lovely lovely staff. mum had her operation on hip a few days ago. We were kept in the loop with everything concerning my mum. we just all want to say because of the staff we as a family have had a good experience. thankyou so much.

Dear 111111111

Thank you very much for taking the time to feed back about your positive experience of the NHS when your mum had a fall recently. It must have been a very frightening experience for her, breaking her hip, arm and ribs, and indeed for the whole family. I was so pleased to read that our ambulance crew, Liam and Jess, were lovely and helpful, and if you would like us to pass on your kind comments to them, do drop a line to compliments@secamb.nhs.uk, or call 0300 123 9242, confirming the date and address of our attendance to her and we would be happy to do that.

I do hope your mum is feeling much better now, and wish her a speedy recovery from her hip operation.

Thank you again, Louise
