What an amazing team we had looking after our 4 month old, born with a cleft lip and palate had the first lot of surgery and was on the ward for 4 days to recover,
24h care was without doubt the best we could have dreamt, we understand how difficult it can be when looking after 20 odd beds with a small team but we never thought the care was lacking in any way, always had a smile on there faces and always had a min or 2 to say hello and keep us updated on what the day would bring.
Any doubts we had before we arrived on our surgery day very quickly left us and we will be back in a few months for the second part of surgery and hopefully it will be the same ward we are sent for recovery and the same happy faces will be there to greet us.
Again we thankyou and keep up the hard work.
"Ward D34 and the Cleft team."
