I went in 2016 to the doctor asking for an help as I was affected by Bell's Palsy, probably because he didn't know what it is or because he doesn't understand english very well, he prescribed me a cream for acne treatment. When I went there, half of my face was paralysed so I really cannot understand how he could have misunderstood.
