"Waiting for an appointment since June 2017"

I had my son in June 2017. Once I had my six week check-up I booked an appointment to fit a coil in September. That appointment was cancelled two days before by the GP. The receptionist said that they will call me back to re-book an appointment. I never received that call. I keep calling the surgery to book a new appointment but there are no appointments free. In December I finally got an appointment for January. A few weeks after I received a letter via post to let me know that the appointment was cancelled and re-book for February. I called the GP to check it and the date on the letter was wrong. On top of this I'm back at work since end of October and I work full time and one of the receptionists told me to go to the clinic up-stairs (they don't do it there and I would need to book two new appointments). I have a coil at home since September that I can't take to a sexual clinic to be use because they have their coils. I have been waiting and understanding but there's a limit!!!!
