"Before I started the Communication Passport Group, I was really apprehensive with meeting new staff members and patients. This group has helped me build my confidence, its enabled me to be more assertive and to get to know myself better by doing the communication passport group. this group has helped me to build my self-esteem and it has helped make to come to a point where I can put the skills I have learnt into place. I have made positive therapeutic relationships by through this group. "

I am really pleased to hear how the Communication Passport Group has helped you. Especially in terms of you building up your self-esteem and confidence. It sounds like you have been able to build upon your current skills within this group and have made some really good positive relationships.
