"Thank you to staff at FVRH"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

On Thursday May 3rd we were involved, along with our grandson, in a car accident. Fortunately, we were not seriously injured but we would very much like to express our sincere thanks to the paramedics and staff at Forth Valley Royal Hospital for their care, professionalism and dedication.

Dear A Lidz,

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback on Care Opinion. It sounds like you had a scary experience. I hope you and your grandson are recovering well.

I am glad to hear our staff that attended you were of a standard we would expect. I would like to pass these kind comments onto the staff that were involved if you would like me to. I will need your name, date and time of the 999 call and roughly where the location of the incident was? You can email me this information at scotamb.corporateaffairs@nhs.net

Kind Regards

Alan
