"Care for patients with dementia"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

(as a service user),

I was in Mandarin Ward for three nights and was able to observe the wonderful care given to two elderly patients with dementia. A special mention must be given to Noel a male nurse. He was very kind and patient with excellent communication skills.
