About: Ealing Community Partners - Community Psychological and Mental Health Services / Primary Care Mental Health Service (Ealing)

(as a service user),

I was referred by my GP to the mental health team as I was suffering from extreme anxiety and depression, I met with Leonard on several occasions and he was the start of a lifeline towards my recovery. He gave me good advice and understood my anxiety. He was able to meet with the GP and keep her informed to ensure continuous care, He also was able to refer me to counselling to aid my recovery. I felt secure talking to him and felt he had my best interests as a priority.
