About: West London NHS Trust / Vocational Recovery Services Ealing (at The Limes and Avenue House)

(as the patient),

This is my second time using the IAPT as I realised my depression and anxiety was occurring. I felt the need to seek a more professional therapist in regards to my emotional issues on top of been a new mother. After a few sessions I noticed my depression had improved and anxiety will always be ongoing but can be controlled. My therapist Martine was very good listener,   I felt at ease to confide in her with generally topics and regain some indepence in my life. Im hoping I can improve my future and have always had great pleasure using the IAPT services. Thank you for your help and the team.
