"Nothing too much trouble"

From the initial referral to the operation and subsequent discharge, nothing was too much trouble. Each and every appointment was held to almost minute accuracy - but no one ever seemed rushed. Every single member of staff from receptionist to consultant was friendly, helpful and caring. The nurses and catering staff were particularly lovely.

The accommodation is arguably a little dated - but not quite enough yet to justify refurbishment. Everything worked though, and was clean!
