What could be improved
Lack of communication,Staff need to be retrained,Again!

After my operation. I was told they want to see me after 6wks still waiting,also I was told to phone the next day to pick up 2 items from the pharmacy which is on site and after 4 phone calls and every time we where told they are not ready, no one really knew what was happening and then after a visit to the hospital my wife picked up the items and also they never told me that I need to buy a sinus rinse from a pharmacy after a visit to my GP he told me that I need to buy this,I told him this I was never told.A week after the operation I had an infection my nose was discharging puss and blood I had to go back to my GP,he gave me a course of antibiotics, Clathromycine,also I was told my stiches where dissolvable,but one of my stitches was hanging out of my nose which I had to cut off.Still waiting for a follow up appointment after my operation.Will be phoneing the hospital to ask them what's happened to my follow up appointment.
