"Cleft care"

About: Royal Hospital for Children and Young People (Edinburgh) / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I am left thoroughly dismayed that I have not been given contact details of the cleft team since the centralisation of this service. I am at a loss at to where my son is in the programme. His face continues to change whilst I am left wondering what the next step will be and when he will be seen. We were promised that clinics would be maintained and yet there is no evidence of this. I feel let down, worried and cross that politics has interfered so much with my son's care.
