Hi Just like to say a big thankyou to Senior Charge Nurse Danby of the Day Case Unit at Royal Aberdeen Childrens Hospital. Our Daughter had to have Dental Surgery and from coming into the Reception at the day case unit the receptionist put us at ease with our daughter and showed us where everything was also the staff nurses on the ward were really good with her and us as well,
The team of Doctors were terrific along with the anesthetics and the lady who came in and explained about the mask procedures and the different flavors to choose from which was like a lipstick tube put into the mask which smelt lovely to ease our daughter about the mask on the face and they all asked us at any time if there was any questions we needed to ask away, a dedicated team of professionals we must say this to the bosses of the Foresterhill Hospital Complex what a team, May we also add too C. McPherson of NHS Grampian a big thank you for the treatment also you gave our daughter and for organizing the x-rays, If we could we would have named all the staff involved in the ward procedures but too much at the time to remember and so much going on. After care was really good too, also to the Domestic Staff who clean the toilets and wards they were immaculate so well done to them also.Keep up the good work, We are very Grateful.
