"Physio Attendance"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department University Hospital Wishaw / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I attended physio with my partner and her young sister after a minor car accident.

Upon arriving at the a and e department we were booked in and seen within 30 minutes, after a further 10 minute wait we were taken as a group into the physio department with Alan and all assessed individually and privately and constantly reassured of what was being done and why and everthing was explained.

A further check was required my younger sister due to previous history with herself but all of this was just to clarify 100% everything was ok.

I felt from the moment we were called to the moment we left we were treated with dignity, respect and just comon decency with a gentleman who I can only describe as professional and friendly.

Dear RC1989

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments online. I am delighted to hear that you had a good experience with us and will ensure the comments are passed on to Alan himself. I hope you are all now fully recovered following your accident.

Thanks again

Claire Rae
