(as a service user),

The occupational therapists were brilliant with me. Marion came to see me the day I arrived and sorted a chair in shower and rail round the toilet, she is absolutely fantastic with her talking to me.

Eileen, what a woman. Love her to bits, helped me so much with relaxation.
