"My advocate listens to me"

About: Advocacy Support Cymru

(as a service user),

I feel that Paul, my advocate is very good because he listens to me & helps me understand what is happening especially if there are any changes.

He makes me feel comfortable & less worried about things.

I am happy with the way the service is at the moment & wouldn't change it.
