About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

Attended Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert Ambulatory Care recently regarding the above.

Feeling a bit nervous about the procedure, however was immediately  made to feel comfortable by the good care and attention given to me by David and Doreen and would like to thank them very much for this.

Doreen and I really appreciate that you took the time to leave us such positive feedback. We try our best to calm any nerves and put patients at their ease, it makes it a more pleasant experience for all of us.
