"Standard of care and treatment"

About: City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust

Was admitted via Emergency Ambulatory Care for kidney biopsy. I was an in-patient for two

nights. My experience from entering Ambulatory Care through ward D46 and the Renal Ward was extremely positive. All the staff were fantastic! Nothing was a problem or chore for them. I have nothing but admiration for the way they undertake their work. The wards were clean and well ordered.

My subsequent out-patient appointments have never caused an issue or resulted in long waiting times. Again the staff are friendly which helps put you at ease.
